My Approach to Helping
Psychotherapy addresses the unconscious undercurrent of psychology that drives day-to-day behavior. Whether or not you are aware of why you are struggling to overcome any obstacle you may be up against, psychoanalysis helps integrate your whole self. In addition to psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, recreational therapy, and relational therapy are all methods that I will implement to supplement our sessions. By taking a multifaceted approach, you will have the necessary tools to cope with various triggers and consistently implement positive changes to create the life you truly desire. I have expertise in helping clients overcome the following undesired traits; codependency, anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, trauma, PTSD, unhealthy relationship dynamics, chronic lack of motivation, and lack of meaning in one's life.
