If what happened to you still shows up in your body, your sleep, or your relationships, that is not weakness. It is your mind and body trying to keep you safe, and healing is possible. I have spent several years supporting teens and adults through trauma, including survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault, domestic and interpersonal violence, and childhood abuse. I also work with helping professionals who are feeling the weight of burnout. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and I am trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative exposure therapy. I also draw on internal family systems and solution-focused work. My practice is trauma-informed and strengths-based. That means you set the pace, your safety comes first, and we build on the resilience that has already carried you this far. Beyond trauma, I help with anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and life transitions. You deserve a space where you are believed and supported, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.
