We’re here with same-day appointments, with in-office and online options in California. Our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) support people of all ages, with a wide range of concerns, and from all backgrounds. Session Fees: We accept Credit Cards and are a Cashless Agency. Our team can check your insurance benefits to see if we take your insurance plan and what your cost may be. We send the claim directly to your insurance provider, or if preferred, we can provide a super-bill after each session. We always recommend that you contact your insurance provider for their reimbursement schedule and other information about benefits. Our team makes everything easy so you can focus on getting support. Rates (without insurance) $200 per IntakeFirst session $175 per RegularOngoing sessions Insurance (may pay for all or most of the cost) We are contracted with most major insurance plans including: IEHP, Covered California, MHN, Healthnet, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Magellan, Beacon, Carelon, Cigna, Evernorth, Molina, Curative, Aetna, OptumUnited, Scan, Western Health Advantage, Central Health Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Straight Medicare. Don’t see your insurance provider? Give us a call to see if we accept your insurance plan! Payment Once we check your cost after insurance pays for their part, we ask for a credit card on file to make weekly payments easier. The credit card is only charged if you complete a session. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $80 cancellation fee to the card on file.
