As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, I practice under the clinical supervision of Paul White, LCSW, License #SW542. This means my work is actively overseen by a licensed clinician while I complete the requirements toward full licensure, giving you the benefit of both my direct client work and an added layer of clinical oversight.

I work with a wide range of people, though a significant part of my practice centers on men who are navigating relationship stress, the pressure of holding everything together, and the quiet toll that can take over time. I also work with couples who want to communicate more honestly and rebuild trust after things have grown distant. Individual adults come to me for support with anxiety, career stress, and the kind of self-esteem struggles that often stay hidden behind a capable exterior. A growing part of my work is with older adults and their families. I support seniors facing the emotional side of aging, including early cognitive changes, and I work closely with caregivers who are stretched thin trying to care for a parent or spouse while managing their own lives. Grief, whether from loss or from watching someone change, comes up often in this part of my practice.
