My goal is to help you slow down, make sense of what's been coming up for you, and find ways to feel more steady and confident in your everyday life.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, to help you feel more confident, grounded, and empowered in day to day life. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity.
