Hello, my name is Lareasha Love. I am a licensed professional counselor with over seven years of experience counseling adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with many individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), coping skills, life transitions, substance abuse, low-ses, women's issues, grief, and more. I use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), client-centered therapy, and trauma focused therapies. As your therapist, I will collaboratively work with you to develop strategies that will assist you to lead a happy, healthy, progressive life.
