Hi, I'm Kirt Baab, LCSW. I'm a clinical social worker with an extensive history providing treatment for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use several treatment methods including: supportive counseling, cognitive behavioral counseling, somatic therapy, and mindfulness.
Most people are surprised by how "informal" treatment seems. I'm easy to talk with, open minded, and very supportive. Many clients tell me they are surprised they make changes while feeling accepted for who they are. Often, they tell me, "I can be who I am with you." This happens because we use a relational and accepting style.
