My communication style is about as real as they come. I'm open and honest, but can read a room (or a Zoom meeting ha!) and know what is needed. I am told by friends, colleagues, and almost everyone I have worked with as a client that I am down to earth, gentle, tell it like it is, make people feel extremely comfortable, and have a quick wit to know when to make others laugh. In working with me, I would hope that you feel as though: 1) you genuinely know that I truly do care about what you're going through; 2) feel like you've known me way longer than you have because you're just that comfortable!; 3) a bit lighter at the end of each session and 4) truly moving into who you are meant to be and meeting the goals you set for yourself.
