Kelly Conner, Licensed Professional Counselor

Kelly Conner has been a licensed professional counselor for over a year. Kelly has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field with both children and adults. She specializes in treating kids on the autism spectrum, divorce, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), sensory processing conditions, and obsessive compulsion (OCD) diagnoses. Kelly has a background as a registered behavior technician (RBT) for applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy with children on the autism spectrum for several years. Kelly also has a creative side to help children and families with new perspectives and techniques tailored for each individual.

Kelly has a great way of communicating and building trust and rapport quickly by involving the person's strengths and preferred activities. Kelly likes to use multiple approaches like person-centered play therapy, directed play therapy, sensory play, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused CBT.
