As a mental health counselor with five years of experience, I work with young adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship distress, life transitions, and identity issues. My mission is to help you discover and embody your best self while processing distressing situations. Oftentimes, we find that we have difficulty figuring out how to work through our challenges, much less identifying them at all, so I walk alongside you to explore the root of the issue in order to find an effective and sustainable solution.
Working with both couples and individuals to find healing, I approach my role as being a safe space for you to express yourself without fear of judgment, collaborating with you to find and work toward becoming the best version of yourself. To this end, therapy is centered on you and who you are, as you are the ultimate expert on who you are at your core.
In our time together, we will uncover the heart of your challenges and process them in a way that promotes growth and empowerment. My mission is to work toward your goals and create long-lasting change to get to where you want to be.
