• I specialize in working in the field of addiction and have experience working with all types of addiction, substance abuse, alcoholism, sex addiction, porn addiction, gambling addiction, etc. I am in recovery myself and can relate on a personal level. I have run a veteran treatment facility for two years and have experience working with veterans. I work with all types of addiction. I specialize in working with anger. I specialize in working with adverse life experiences using the tool of brainspotting which is a branch of EMDR, a trauma modality. It is so easy to go to counseling and be taught to dissociate from emotions with coping skills. I believe to heal we must feel the emotions associated with certain experiences which is why I decided to also specialize in experiential work.
