What's My Approach to Therapy?
In practice, I incorporate culturally competent therapy using insight-oriented modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help people navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, attachment styles, interpersonal stressors, people-pleasing, and LGBTQ+ challenges.
I offer a direct, compassionate approach in my practice that supports honest exploration and lasting change. Grounded in a relational methodology, this approach allows me to lead with understanding, humor, and unconditional positive regard, tailoring each session to meet every client's individual needs.
