Are issues with substances, anxiety, or past trauma holding you back, or do you simply want to find ways to build on the successes that you already have? My goal is to work with you in a direct way to address your needs head-on and find solutions. I have over a decade working in residential substance use and mental health treatment, and have spent the past 6 years working primarily in professional sports. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the NBA, NHL, and Major League Baseball. I offer one-on-one counseling, individual, team, and business assessments, along with remote counseling.

I primarily work by telehealth and provide flexibility with the schedule. I currently work in professional sports and currently work more with high-performance psychology, which incorporates CBT, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
