My Approach to Helping
I help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and relational wounds using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic and sensorimotor psychotherapy, and internal family systems (IFS)-informed parts work. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative, focused on helping you experience deep, lasting change rather than temporary relief. While I will consult with any client to determine fit, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and polyamorous individuals, as well as therapists seeking their own healing and growth. Together, we’ll reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, rebuild self-trust, and create new patterns that support the life you want. I view therapy as a sacred craft—a place where science and compassion meet. I bring years of advanced training, Buddhist study, and consultation with senior practitioners to our work, offering a holistic path toward presence, wholeness, and authentic connection.
