My Approach to Therapy
If you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, constantly anxious, or simply exhausted from carrying everything on your own, you are not alone. Many of the people who come to me are high-functioning on the outside while internally feeling disconnected, emotionally drained, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward. You may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, low self-esteem, emotional burnout, or difficulty communicating your needs without guilt or fear.
My approach is warm, direct, compassionate, and deeply human. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes without judgment. I work collaboratively with you to better understand your patterns, emotional triggers, relationships, and the experiences that may be shaping the way you feel today.
In our work together, I help you build insight, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and practical coping tools you can actually use in real life. I often integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and relationship counseling, while tailoring treatment to your unique personality, goals, and life experiences.
I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, emotional dysregulation, self-worth struggles, and life transitions, as well as couples experiencing communication difficulties, trust issues, or emotional disconnection. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, emotionally grounded, and connected, both to yourself and to the people around you.
Therapy with me is not about being “perfect.” It’s about helping you better understand yourself, heal what’s hurting, and create healthier patterns so you can feel more at peace in your daily life.
Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
If you?ve had a negative therapy experience in the past, you?re not alone. Many people come into therapy feeling hesitant, guarded, or unsure about trying again. I believe the therapeutic relationship matters deeply, and my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, comfortable, and supported ? not judged or misunderstood.
