My Approach to Therapy

Dr. Heather Page is a licensed clinical psychologist (LCP) with over 13 years of experience providing empirically supported, high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral conditions, trauma, family conflict, and more.

My Practice & Services

Dr. Page earned her Doctorate degree in Clinical-Community Psychology. In sessions, she uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), parent management training (PMT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and prolonged exposure therapy (PET). Dr. Page's therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in the community value of empowerment; she's dedicated to providing safe spaces for the emotionally challenged to find their voice and direction in life. Dr. Page is unable to offer formal psychological testing or assessment at this time. Dr. Page equips her clients with the necessary tools to successfully navigate their challenges while identifying and building on their strengths. She views therapy as a reciprocal relationship, encouraging you to participate in the therapeutic process by creating a comfortable space in which to share your experience. She'll actively listen, offering emotional support, coping tools, and guidance as you grow with every session. Team up with her to create a personalized treatment plan that's right for you.
