As a psychotherapist and substance use disorder professional working toward credentialing as a sex therapist, I take a holistic approach to mental health. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, having difficulty with sex and intimacy or relying on unhealthy vices to cope; a partnership in counseling can be the answer to lasting change.
