As a psychotherapist and substance use disorder professional working toward credentialing as a sex therapist, I take a holistic approach to mental health. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, having difficulty with sex and intimacy or relying on unhealthy vices to cope; a partnership in counseling can be the answer to lasting change. I make it a priority to cultivate a safe and non-judgemental space where all individuals and partnerships are welcomed and celebrated. Too many people struggle silently with challenges around depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationships, intimacy, pleasure, sex, sexuality and identity. As a your therapist, I will honor your journey to healing and intimacy with yourself as well as others with whom you may be partnered. It is my passion to support clients in achieving wellness as it is defined uniquely by each individual. I work with my clients to explore challenges, maximize strengths and incorporate evidence based tools in their path to mental health, recovery, authentic expression, erotic liberation, and pleasure at a comfortable pace.

Sessions will be compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your goals, blending evidence-based approaches to support mood, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges while honoring your identity and lived experiences.
