My Approach to Therapy

You want to work on your creativity. You may struggle with feeling like you belong? Or maybe like you don't have permission to do things in your life, and you are stuck? You need a place to start. Currently, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers, and their lives. Pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. I believe it shouldnt be so hard to live a better life. Do you just need someone to hear you fully and strive to understand? Then call me, let's talk for a bit. We might do some education on your nervous system, how trauma affects it, and how to regulate trauma responses, and the choices surrounding them. We could delve into creative work, studying your subconscious through your dreams with dream-tending, birth-chart-informed shadow work to tap into the areas you need to work out, be they past or present. I want to understand you. Let's build some coping and adaptive mental processing.

My Practice & Services

Some of the modalities we could use are breathing, meditation, and movement to uncover patterns, build self-awareness, and decide what things serve you to build a sense of well-being. Also, to be the relational attachment you can have as you go through the ever-changing tides that come with different forms of grief and life change.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My heart is very skilled at holding around loss and grief. I have an affinity and many tools for working with anxiety that has been brought on by trauma or that has just appeared out of the blue.
