What's My Approach to Therapy?
I believe therapy is a space for anyone, as life’s challenges touch us all in different ways. Counseling can support you in understanding your thoughts, behaviors, stressors, goals, and experiences while offering a place to feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with individuals and couples navigating concerns, but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship or marital difficulties. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment and foster a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where each client is treated with respect, openness, and acceptance.
