Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia with a master’s degree from Troy University and 5 years of experience in practice. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with clients to help them uncover the tools and strengths they need to feel secure and regain control of their lives.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. My approach is collaborative and supportive, encouraging clients to explore their experiences at their own pace while gently challenging them to dig deeper for growth. Sessions with me are designed to feel empowering and restorative, providing a space where clients can develop insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward healing and personal transformation.
