I’m a psychologist who specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and neurodivergence. I offer therapy and comprehensive psychological evaluations (attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), autism, and learning differences) in a collaborative, affirming space. My goal is to help clients find clarity, resilience, and alignment. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I also provide psychological testing.

My ideal client is someone who has long sensed that their inner experience differs from what others consider typical. They may struggle with attention, organization, or emotional regulation, or feel persistently anxious, withdrawn, or misunderstood. Many are exploring whether attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) or autism may better explain lifelong patterns of difficulty, while others are seeking support for co-occurring anxiety or depression that has become increasingly difficult to manage. Some are pursuing a formal evaluation to better understand how their minds work and to gain access to meaningful support, accommodations, or resources.
