She worked her way up, earning the following degrees and certifications: licensed practical nurse (LPN) at Essex County Vocational School for LPN in New Jersey; RN at Excelsior College in New York; and BSN at Clayton State University in Georgia. She finally went to Walden University, MN, where she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree, focusing on providing mental health care to individuals with mental health issues from different backgrounds. Constance has an inborn ability and clinical skills acquired over her career that enable her to build a good rapport with clients and their families. She does medication management as well as utilizes things like motivational interviewing, person-centered techniques, and cultural sensitivity to treat patients.
