My Approach to Helping
At North Valley Counseling, there are multiple counselors to choose from. If your marriage feels stagnant and frustrating or your teenager seems angry or sad, we can help. If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, reaction to trauma or grief and loss, you're in the right place. If things have just gone one way for too long and it's time for a change, we hope to hear from you. We strive to be genuine and collaborative so that you feel empowered and involved in the process.
