My Approach to Therapy

My approach is to assist individuals, couples, and families who are in emotional distress. Together, we’ll develop personalized coping strategies and solutions to reduce emotional confusion and its symptoms. We will discuss your desired goals as part of your process. Our initial sessions will concentrate on your present situation, and on developing clarity with positive direction. You will be guided in how to let go of negative thoughts. We will also explore a deeper path toward disengaging from unresolved emotional injury and moving toward recovery. Managing emotional health takes wisdom, and that wisdom is often found in balance and understanding between thoughts and emotional freedom. I will introduce you to the passion of psychology and the art of therapy, helping improve communication in marriage and other relationships, and supporting you as an individual on a more positive emotional path. This can include discovering an improved life, re-evaluating negative thinking into something more positive, and building the will to create change.

My Practice & Services

Virtual sessions are available. I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your life patterns. I accept out-of-network insurance arrangements. There is no charge for the initial phone conversation, and there is no charge for emails or texting.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychology is the Art of healing, and the Psychology of Art is a passion to emotional healing, where there is no right or wrong. Therapy is the communication to psychological tools for self-expression, trust and emotional safety.

What Makes up a Problem?

Poor communication: Confusion make a problem. Clarity and acknowledgment of diversity of view points in thinking reduces emotionality. Acknowledging and honoring one?s past is honoring one?s self. We have learned. Take the problem and learn from it, while moving forward, present and future
