Hi! My name is Catani Redding and I'm a licensed professional counselor. My primary approach to therapy is assisting each client with creating holistic balance in various areas of their lives. When there's an imbalance in one area, it often creates or leads to imbalances in other areas. These imbalances trigger unhealthy stress, anxiety, depression, and other mood-related conditions. My primary focus areas of practice are depression and anxiety.

I strive to create a calm, relaxed, engaging, and uplifting environment for my clients where they feel warmth, heard, and a sense of hope and peace. I also provide an environment of encouragement, positivity, and hope. I assist my clients with seeing the glass as half full as opposed to half empty.
