My Approach to Therapy

Inspired by the healing potential of nature and creativity, I draw on the insights of Rogers, Jung, and Maslow, among others, to guide others through their “troubled waters.” My goal is to help you find a sanctuary within yourself where you can rest, grow, and truly heal.

My Practice & Services

My career has been defined by supporting individuals and families through their most difficult moments. From providing a stable environment for youth in crisis shelters to helping families stay together through in-home therapy, my goal has always been to prevent unnecessary displacement and promote long-term stability. With a background spanning nonprofit and private practice, I have had the privilege of working with people from childhood through older adulthood. I look forward to partnering with you to navigate your challenges and discover the hope that a better tomorrow brings. Grounded in my Catholic faith, I have dedicated my career to serving the most vulnerable. My clinical background is deeply rooted in the principles of human dignity and solidarity. With a career spanning crisis shelters for runaway youth to intensive in-home family therapy, I have worked to prevent the displacement of children and provide stability to families in need. Having served diverse populations across the lifespan at both nonprofits and private practices, I bring a holistic approach that honors the spiritual and emotional needs of every individual, attending to mind, body, and spirit. I am confident that my skills and commitment to my values will help us find a path toward lasting hope and a better tomorrow.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I enjoy my work, if you want to call it work. I consider myself a life long learner and since I love what I do I do think I work a day in my life. I enjoy art, nature, my faith, helping people and bring all of these together in my work. I have found after working in the field for over 20 years starting my own practice has allowed me to create a space that is unique to who I am where I am able to bring all of what I love to the therapeutic relationship. I look forward to meeting you and working along side you.
