My Approach to Therapy

Bridgette is a Resident in Counseling with two years of experience. She has worked with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), and life transitions. Bridgette uses a client-centered approach to meet clients where they are, while offering a kind, safe, and gently challenging space to help them understand themselves and grow.

My Practice & Services

Bridgette has a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She uses emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, art therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques. Intense feelings can be difficult to manage on your own, and there is nothing wrong with needing help. Bridgette is here to help you build and strengthen skills, motivation, and the desire to make positive changes. She offers unconditional support and a nonjudgmental space to express yourself and your needs. Reach out today!
