My Approach to Helping
I've helped many clients create rewarding and satisfying lives. I've worked in mental health for more than 15 years, offering therapeutic support to couples, families, and individuals. I use a combination of techniques to help you identify negative coping mechanisms and beliefs that may stand in the way of your success. Many clients report rapid progress with the approach I take.
I offer an array of treatment options, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMD), hypnotherapy, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

I help clients with a range of behavioral and emotional issues, offering support for depression, parenting, grief, couples issues, and more. I offer clinical hypnotherapy to hep clients manage anxiety, depression, phobias, fears, weight loss, addiction, smoking cessation, and other issues. I offer a personally tailored approach in a comfortable and supportive environment to help each client achieve that which they seek.

My role as a therapist is to help guide you through the therapeutic progress and identify your goals for treatment. I believe therapy is a process unique to each client and we will work as a team to reach your goals.
