We start by slowing down enough to understand whats really happening. I draw from Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic theory, and 20+ years of experience. My style is grounded, direct, and emotionally attuned. This is not symptom management. It is steady relational work that loosens the grip of anxiety and control so something more alive can emerge. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, grief, and relationships. Starting therapy when you are used to being the strong one can feel like a risk.
