My approach is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we explore patterns, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable for each client.
My Practice & Services
I provide telehealth therapy services through a private practice setting, allowing clients across Florida to access care from the comfort and privacy of their own space. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and convenience while maintaining the same level of clinical support and confidentiality as in-person sessions.
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI) in Florida and practice under the supervision of a qualified clinical supervisor in accordance with state regulations. My work focuses on supporting adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth.
My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I currently offer individual therapy and may expand to additional services such as group support in the future.
