What's My Approach to Therapy?
You may be coming to therapy feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense to you. Perhaps you’ve tried to manage things on your own, or even sought help before, but something still feels unresolved. If you’re looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply, this may be a good place to begin.
I approach therapy as a collaborative and relational process. Rather than offering quick solutions, I work with you to explore emotional patterns, inner experiences, and relational dynamics that shape how you relate to yourself and others. My role is to help you make sense of what feels confusing, painful, or repetitive, while supporting you in finding clarity and meaning at your own pace.
My work is grounded in person-centered, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and trauma-informed approaches. This means I pay close attention to your lived experience, the therapeutic relationship, and the underlying influences that may be affecting your present concerns. Therapy with me is thoughtful, respectful, and attuned to both your emotional safety and your capacity for change.
If you are unsure where to start, we can begin there together. I aim to offer a steady, reflective space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward greater self-awareness and lasting change.
