Hi, I'm Anna Murray, a therapist committed to helping individuals through life transitions. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years of experience. Life can often hand us things that we are not prepared for. Events that can lead to anxiety, depression, or an overall feeling of not knowing what to do or how to cope. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help my clients work through the twists and turns of life. I'm passionate about helping others find their way, being a nonjudgmental listener, and providing a safe space to share openly.
