What's My Approach to Therapy?
Do you feel like your nervous system is always “on”? Like your mind never really rests, your emotions swing fast and deep, and everyday life feels heavier than it should? Maybe you grew up in an environment that didn’t feel safe, predictable, or nurturing. Maybe you were the “mature” child, the invisible one, or the one who had to figure things out on your own. And later in life, you discovered you’re neurodivergent, which suddenly explained a lot, but also raised new questions about who you are and why things have always felt so hard. You might notice patterns of ending up in emotionally unavailable or abusive relationships.
I work with adults who have childhood trauma and are late-diagnosed or self-identified as neurodivergent. My approach focuses on healing at the root through parts work, inner child healing, trauma-informed cognitive therapy, and guided experiential exercises. Together, we explore patterns, process stored trauma, and build internal safety and self-trust.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong or how to explain it perfectly. If you’re tired of repeating painful patterns, carrying so much alone, and feeling disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone — support is possible, and I'm here for you.
