I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of New Jersey. I use an empathetic, compassionate, person-centered, and holistic approach to provide trauma-informed care for clients. My clinical expertise includes using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing (MI) to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions, so they can live their best lives. I place a strong emphasis on collaboration and empowering clients, tailoring treatment to meet each persons individual needs. As a social worker, I strongly believe in dignity, respect, self-worth, and self-determination for every individual.
