We strive on making therapy accessible and easy. We can be reached by email or text, and appointments can be scheduled or rescheduled through your client portal at any time.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
With all of the comparison, negativity, and facades that our generation and social media push forth, I love to hold a compassionate and judgement-free space each week for my clients to explore what really matters to them, and learn ways to cope with hardships and chaos that is thrown their way. There is nothing better than seeing clients letting go of toxic relationships, not feeling impacted by those adversarial family members, and feeling truly happy in their life choices.
