Masako is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes in caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Taking a holistic approach to mental health, she looks beyond symptoms to explore the underlying factors that influence emotional well-being, including physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and lived experiences. She works collaboratively with each patient to create individualized treatment plans that may include therapy, medication management, mindfulness, and other evidence-based wellness interventions. Masako is dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive environment where patients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to achieve balance, healing, and lasting mental wellness. Masako's treatment modalities aim to incorporate aspects of mindfulness, radical acceptance, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Influenced by her Japanese background, she integrates mindfulness-based principles that promote self-awareness, balance, and whole-person healing. She has experience working with a variety of diverse populations in many healthcare settings, and primarily works with adult patients for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and adjustment disorders. More recently, Masako also completed continuing education that focused on PTSD assessment and management through the National Center for PTSD. I know how scary it can be when you are facing a problem in your life that you can't solve by yourself. For most of us, reaching out for help is not easy. My approach to therapy centers around the belief that we need CONNECTION in order to heal. This is why most self-help books aren't as effective as they could be. There is a lot of potential good advice out there but in the absence of a supportive and caring connection, most of it is useless.I am an experienced and respected healer and my passion is helping people face crisis and transitions in their lives with support and guidance. You don't have to do it alone! The relationship between the client and myself IS the healing piece. From that connection, you will feel safe and empowered. Then, exploring your problems seems manageable and finding solutions becomes possible.Lastly, Something else I believe very strongly is the potential to use the obstacles in our lives as stepping-stones. Within the framework of a healthy connection, I can help you to create a more fulfilling life.
Have you been carrying so much for so long that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be okay? Maybe you’re the one everyone relies on. You keep showing up, taking care of others, and handling responsibilities even when you’re running on empty. Everyone tells you how strong you are. What they don’t see is how much you’re managing behind the scenes. Your mind won’t slow down. You replay conversations, overthink decisions, worry about disappointing others, and struggle to put your own needs first. Some days, it feels easier to pull back from certain people, places, or situations because everything feels overwhelming, or because you’re tired of feeling misunderstood. You may be navigating grief, trauma, difficult relationships, or experiences that still shape how you see yourself today. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Healing is possible, and at Genuine Hearts Treatment Clinic, we are here to support you on that journey. I’m Regina Rye, Founder of Genuine Hearts Treatment Clinic (GHTC). Over the years, I’ve seen how trauma, loss, and life’s challenges can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves and unsure of how to move forward. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women, men, and adolescents heal, grow, and reconnect with who they truly are. At GHTC, we help clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and low self-esteem so they can feel more confident, at peace, and grounded within themselves. Together, we help you: • Quiet racing thoughts and reduce anxiety • Let go of self-criticism and perfectionism • Set healthy boundaries without guilt • Heal from painful experiences • Build confidence, self-worth, and resilience • Strengthen relationships and communication • Feel more present in your daily life Our goal is more than helping you get through the day. We want to help you feel like yourself again: more confident, at peace, and able to enjoy your life. At Genuine Hearts, we believe healing begins when you no longer have to do life alone. When you’re ready for support, we’re here to help. Schedule a free consultation and take the first step toward lasting change. There should be no shame in seeking the aid of a helping professional. To me, it shows strength. The benefit is that you get to process your emotions with a neutral party and feel safe being open and vulnerable, without fear or judgment.
