In my practice we primarily utilize a specialized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program, empowering our clients with coping skills to break down the artificial walls and boundaries that have formed throughout their lives. The goal is to witness these individuals soar in the world, experiencing peace and joy instead of anxiety and depression.
