Grief does not follow a schedule. Whether you are mourning someone you love, facing a hard diagnosis, or weighed down by sadness and worry you cannot shake, there is room here for all of it. I walk alongside people facing some of life’s hardest moments, including serious illness, loss, and big changes they did not plan for. My background includes clinical assessment, patient navigation, and counseling for people living with chronic illness, approaching the end of life, or grieving someone they love. I also help with anxiety, depression, family stress, and transitions like retirement or an empty nest. Above all, I want our sessions to feel like a safe place to be honest about how you are really doing. I bring warmth and steadiness, and I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused tools to help you cope and find your footing. Whatever you are carrying right now, you do not have to carry it by yourself. I see clients in Rock Hill and via telehealth, Tuesday through Saturday.
