You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, or simply unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, a major life transition, or another difficult period, therapy can provide a space to better understand what you are experiencing and develop meaningful ways of responding to it. I approach therapy as a collaborative process. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable exploring difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies for navigating challenges, and identify changes that are consistent with what matters most to you. My approach is evidence-based and individualized, drawing primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I do not believe therapy should feel like a one-size-fits-all formula. I tailor our work to your needs, experiences, strengths, and goals, while approaching the therapeutic relationship with warmth, compassion, curiosity, and respect. Ultimately, I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change throughout our lives. Therapy can help strengthen your sense of agency, deepen your understanding of yourself, and move you toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
