Southern Behavioral Medicine Associates is an outpatient facility in South Mississippi that offers individual psychotherapy, psychological testing and treatment planning services. The Pain Rehabilitation Program is a 20-day, intensive outpatient recovery program for chronic pain.

About Our Center

Our services are tailored to the individual and emphasize return to work, life and activities that have been given up due to medical issues such as chronic pain, addiction, injury and/or chronic illnesses. We also specialize in treatment of concurrent mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, loss of identity and trauma. We are a team of experienced clinicians including Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Clinical Health Psychology, Social Work, and Yoga and Nutrition therapists. We use evidence based treatment to help people reclaim their lives from conditions that have changed and debilitated them. We offer a drug and non drug assisted detox offsite, and can continue to provide psychotherapy and treatment follow up after participation in the Pain Rehabilitation Program. We primarily serve clients from Louisiana, Alabama, Florida and Mississippi, but welcome clients from any location.
