About Our Center

At Sierra Sage Treatment Center, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to recover and thrive. Our multidisciplinary team—including licensed therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and educators—provides individualized treatment through trauma-focused cognitive behavioral t(TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and experiential groups such as mindfulness, art, and independent living skills. The program emphasizes relational safety, personal growth, and empowerment. Youth benefit from a structured daily schedule that integrates therapy, education, recreation, and life-skills development. Sierra Sage is licensed by Nevada’s Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH/HCQC) and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Our goal is to help each resident develop the emotional resilience and practical tools to return to her community with confidence and hope for the future.
