Jasmine brings an atmosphere of freshness, innovative thinking, creative interventions and passion as she works individually with clients and conducts Dialectical behavior and cognitive behavioral groups. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Jasmine attended the University of Tampa with a dual major in psychology and art therapy. She furthers her academic experience at the American School Of Professional Psychology in Orange County California,Jasmines occupational journey started in a residential setting working with individuals struggling with schizophrenia, at which time she met the “most inspiring and courageous individuals”. Working with severely disabled persons served to challenge and ignite a fire in Jasmine for psychology and human behavior. Prior to joining the Sanctuary team, Jasmine served as a primary therapist in a residential treatment center working with adolescents and dual diagnosis. Jasmine also has worked in treatment facilities specializing in eating disorders with both adolescents and adults.In addition to providing individual and group therapy at Sanctuary Treatment Center, Jasmine works individually in private practice.Jasmine states, “I am passionate about helping others find the hope necessary for recover. It is my own personal experience that has fueled and instilled in me this drive for survival and wellness in others. Because of this, t is not just my job, its my hearts desire to see them grow and succeed.”Jasmine had a close relationship with her family and friends and during her spare time she enjoys spending time with them. Jasmine also loves art and will often use drawing and painting as a way to communicate with others. And lastly, Jasmine enjoys playing the violin or just jamming with the radio.

About Our Center

At Sanctuary, we understand that addressing addiction issues as well as the underlying causes for the behavior, will greatly decrease the likelihood of a relapse. We provide group and individual therapy sessions which focus on specific issues such as trauma, communication, life management, and emotional self-regulation. We also offer family therapy, constructive recreation, educational classes, physical fitness sessions, individual case management, and 24-hour supervision to the women in our care.
