Do you sometimes eat in secret?
Have you tried lots of diets, only to regain the lost weight?
Palm Springs Your Weigh is not a diet. We know diets don't work.
It is a way to change your relationship with food and your body.

About Our Center

Our treatment and care plan combats binge eating disorder, enabling a more positive relationship with your body, mind, and food. Our team includes a nutritionist, psychotherapist, and movement specialist, each of whom is highly trained in a specific area of expertise. We also involve your physician, ensuring you get the medical support you need to move beyond binge eating. We first seek to understand the roots of binge eating disorder. We focus on helping you heal through care and counseling. We rely on a range of strategies, including DBT, nutrition, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing trauma therapy, mindfulness, therapeutic movement, and aftercare. Note: Being obese does not mean that you have binge eating disorder. However, many people with binge eating disorder are obese.
