Our dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) program is designed for individuals struggling with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or impulsive behaviors who need structured support. This 90-day program combines evidence-based DBT group therapy, medication management, and individual therapy.

About Our Center

Overstory Health exists to help you grow through your darkest times. We offer personalized care for those who need more support than traditional therapy, but who don't require a hospital stay. We offer group therapy, individual therapy, and medication management to give you the tools to improve how you manage your mental health, emotions, stress, and relationships. In the rainforest, the "overstory" is the tallest layer of trees that provides shade and shelter. And as our names suggests, we seek to provide respite and a meaningful connection to care to all who enter our programs, no matter the circumstance. The Overstory clinical model has been reviewed by a multi-disciplinary team of clinician experts at McLean Hospital, ranked the #1 freestanding psychiatric hospital by US News and World Report for over 20 years. This team, the McLean Hospital Strategic Advisory Board to Overstory Health is led by Dost Ongur, MD, PhD, Chief of McLean's Psychotic Disorders and Editor of JAMA Psychiatry.
