About Our Center

Patients work with their therapist to overcome their existing issues while learning skills to challenge and change their thinking. Patients still vent and discuss their issues, but most importantly they are given skills to use to start feeling better. Patients use the I-CBT Self Help Workbook, to navigate their treatment in order to gain the maximum results and reach their therapy goals. Working at your pace, step by step, you'll learn how to control your thoughts, and eventually learn a new way of thinking that can empower you for years to come!
