La Paz Community Health Care Center provides a Partial Hospitalization program as well as comprehensive Outpatient Treatment Services. Our services include individual, family, and group counseling services, as well as psychiatric and psychological evaluation and assessment.

La Paz Community Health Care Center has been providing behavioral health care services for twenty years in San Antonio, Texas. In addition, we provide services to individuals who live in communities surrounding San Antonio. All of our staff are licensed in their particular area of expertise.
