My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, and my priority is to build a strong relationship rooted in trust and authenticity. Together, we’ll go beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you move through the world. I believe that growth and healing take place in connection with others, and that the therapeutic relationship can be a place to better understand how you relate to yourself and others, and to build new, more secure ways of connecting. My path to being a therapist started with a desire to do work rooted in relationships and connection, and it is deeply meaningful to me to have this role in my clients’ lives. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington, much of my work has been shaped by my own experiences in therapy, so I know how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for support and get started. I also know how beneficial a positive therapeutic experience can be, and how important it is to find someone who feels like the right fit. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to navigate challenges, and able to access a greater sense of peace and assurance within. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I’d love to connect, and I hope therapy can be a place where you feel supported and empowered to move toward the changes and relief you’re seeking.
