My Approach to Therapy

I am a Resident in Counseling with two years of experience in the mental health field in Virginia. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, anger, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. I believe every client has the capacity for growth and healing, and I approach therapy with respect, curiosity, and encouragement.

My Practice & Services

I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University. I completed my practicum and internship at Thomas Road Baptist Church, where I gained hands-on experience using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful patterns and build healthier thoughts and behaviors through goal-focused treatment. If you are ready to make meaningful changes in your life, I will work alongside you to create achievable goals and practical strategies for growth. Therapy requires effort, but you do not have to do it alone. I strive to provide a supportive space where you can build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
