My Approach to Helping

As a compassionate humanistic therapist, I will support you while you gain self-awareness and self-responsibility in order to encourage a more fulfilling personal journey. My treatment plans utilize a foundation of person-centered and experiential therapy that are tailored to your specific therapeutic goals. As your therapist, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment that promotes growth and positive change. My goal is to help you become passionate, confident, and resilient in your daily living.

I am devoted to supporting adolescents navigating the weeds of depression and anxiety and helping young adults that have a fear of launching into their next life phase of "adulting.". With over four years of experience in a special needs' environment, I also welcome individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, ADD, or a learning disorder.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

If you are at a time in your life where you find yourself veering off your intended course or feeling stressed, confused, or stuck, it is okay to ask for help. You may find that the help you need is beyond the support you may receive from family and friends. You are not alone. It's one of many life's notifications encouraging you to make positive adjustments. With that said, it takes courage to seek out a therapist. When the pressure of doing everything on your own is removed, it becomes a first step toward achieving wellness. All are welcome.
