Are you struggling to have compassion for yourself, but eagerly offering it to others? Have you and your partner hit an impasse? Or maybe your family dynamics have shifted into the communication war zone? Guess what? It’s time for some needed and well-deserved life adjustments. Achieving personal and relational mental wellness is important to living a fulfilling life journey. I am devoted to supporting individuals, couples and families experiencing these challenges and much more. Let’s talk about it…you are not alone.
Living a joy-centered life is a holistic process which goes beyond the intermittent happy moments. It requires you to be present and receptive to life's ups and downs and know you will be okay. Allow me to walk side by side with you. All are welcome.
My Practice & Services
"And how does that make you feel?" Although it's a meaningful and impactful question, we will not stop there when working with me. Yes, feelings matter -- deeply -- but therapy with me is a full-bodied experience. As a former modern dancer, I understand that healing isn't just cognitive; it lives in the breath, the pauses, the posture, and the energy between words. As my clients will agree, I'm not afraid to be expressive, present, and fully human with you. That might mean laughter, movement, intentional silence, or gently noticing how your eyes wonder when you may be experiencing a moment of shame or self-doubt. I invite you to experience every session without a script. I encourage presence and the opportunity to practice new skills in real time.
Every individual should see themselves as a whole being and not just as the roles that they hold in life situations (i.e., parent, spouse, employee, etc.) With this in mind, I encourage each client to embrace all of who they are to release the idea that their worth, purpose and identity is conditional. We all deserve to look in the "mirror" and see a beautiful reflection of self.
