Or maybe your family dynamics have shifted into the communication war zone? Guess what? It’s time for some needed and well-deserved life adjustments. Achieving personal and relational mental wellness is important to living a fulfilling life journey. I am devoted to supporting individuals, couples and families experiencing these challenges and much more. Let’s talk about it…you are not alone.

Living a life in joy is a holistic process which goes beyond the intermittent happy moments. It requires us to be present and receptive to life's ups and downs and know that our resilience will help us overcome any challenge. Allow me to walk side by side with you to a joy-filled journey. All are welcome.

More Info About My Practice

As a nationally certified licensed professional counselor, my specialties include but are not limited to relationship conflict, life transitions, anxiety, self-worth, and stress, . Within a safe, nonjudgmental and held space, I support individuals, couples and families. I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults tackle the challenges of social media, peer connections (including bullying), and "adulting" in a creative and exploratory process. I am also devoted to working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, ADD, and learning disorders.

When supporting individuals, I utilize an experiential person-centered approach, which begins with helping clients acknowledge their internal and external strengths. In addition, I guide clients in developing an intentional mindfulness practice as a management tool for stress and anxiety.

As a relationship therapist, I incorporate the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach in helping couples and families reconnect and rebuild relational balance. I am passionate in assisting couples with processing through their individual emotions to encourage empathic responses during moments of distress or conflict. I have a strong desire to support parents of children with special needs that have disconnected emotionally due to the required attention needed to support their unique child.
