My communication style is very open and I strive to create a safe environment for my clients. I am committed to empowering my clients with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to perform optimally day in and day out. Through the use of evidence-based strategies, I'm able to help my clients with a variety of performance skills ranging from mindset and motivation to improving focus and concentration, handling performance errors, and imagery, and developing confidence and mental toughness.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 10 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. Currently, I am a Bilingual (Spanish) mental health clinician in a detention center working with young immigrants. Before that, I served as an MST (Multisystemic) therapist in the community that dealt with juveniles with serious criminal offenses and possibly abusing substances.
